ICOM SEE Chair Goranka Horjan held lecture in the National Museum of Ethnography and Natural History on collection management challenges and solutions. Presenting the results of the two-years dedicated work in brining improvement in the institutions she runs she recommended the ICCROM method of RE-ORG led by the expert Gael de Guichen. The method includes training and can be implemented with minimum funding.
