Led by ICOM core values and strategic guidance ICOM SEE, from its very beginning, has been exploring new strategies of revitalization of heritage in the region of South-East Europe with the aim to improve condition in museums. The concept of integrated care has been implemented and applied when both, cultural or natural heritage, was in question. ICOM SEE favors the approach of care for the cultural heritage in museums and its natural environment alike.
